Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and demand. Please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive sooner, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs, carrier delays, or high order volume. International orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
